You would be hard pressed to find any town bordering the big city with as an impressive array of restaurants as there are in downtown Robbinsdale. Perhaps the highlight is Pig Ate My Pizza. The two year old pizza joint is not only delicious with a really unique and hip zibe, it may be my favorite restaurant name ever. A stroll down main street can find you just about any tasty fare you want from authentic Italian and Mexican to greasy bar food and the throw back style of the Birdtown Cafe. If you like to cook your own Hackenmueller's is as real a butcher shop as there is.

Ok so now that you're hungry let's talk about housing in Robbinsdale. The town of about 14,000 offers all of the great food options. parks and lakes and easy access  to everything Minneapolis has to offer. Even better, compared to many other first ring suburbs Robbinsdale is among the most affordable. This can be good for both buyers and sellers. Buyers looking for a charming style home in a walkable neighborhood with access to parks and trails but are priced out of Minneapolis and other surrounding burbs homes for sale in Robbinsdale offers a more pocketbook friendly options. For sellers on the other side of that coin, you have something buyers want but can't get in other places.

Just like the rest of the market July was the peak of the season.
