Looking at the Mendota Heights homes for sale market numbers, there are some peaks and valleys. Like just about everywhere else in the Twin Cities housing market July was a high point for homes listed for sale in Mendota Heights. Many areas saw a steady climb to July's peak. Mendota Heights was a little different with a sharp jump in available homes for sale in May, a short decline in June and a relatively moderate spike in July. Mendota Heights features areas like the Summit of Mendota Heights, Sibley Heights and the high upper bracket homes for sale in Mendota Heights Hidden Creek Estates.
