You have been thinking for awhile and now you are wondering how to buy a home!  That's an excellent question that we get frequently and is quite normal even if you've bought numerous home(s) in the past.  The process of buying a home changes often with improved technology, additional paperwork and lending restrictions so it is important to get educated before you actually go out to buy a home of your dreams.

How to buy a home isn't difficult although it does involve specific steps to ensure you are in the best position to buy a home when you find that perfect place.  Typically I have my buyers meet with me and go over our buyer presentation.  Well, you are in luck as I produced a video detailing our buyer presentation so that you can watch at your own leisure.

Of course if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me, David Nelson.  You can call or text me at 612-986-4670 or send an email to: david.nelson@advplus.com.  We would gladly help you out when you decide to buy a home.
