Eric and Kirsten are now proud first time North Minneapolis homeowners. Eric and Kirsten were introduced to me through a past client of mine. (Thanks Dannica and Patrick) We set up an appointment to meet in person but before we could even do that they saw a few homes on-line they wanted to see. So we met at the first house and went from there. We didn't find anything on the first trip out. I came across a home in the Victory Neighborhood that wasn't listed yet that I thought they might like. I contacted the listed agent and we were the first ones to get in to see the home. Eric and Kirsten loved the charm and the location is perfect just steps to Victory 44 and a couple blocks from the parkway. That night night we wrote the offer and worked out the details the next day.

Congratulations to Eric and Kirsten on buying their first home. Thank you for the opportunity to help you find a great home.
