David Molde Realtor ®
Hello! I'm David, nice to meet you! Drop me a line in the comments section below so I can get to know your name too =)
Years ago someone asked me: "why do you want to get into real estate?" I remember thinking about the question to myself for a minute and really pondering...was it the potential earnings? While that is a definate possitive of being a successful agent, that wasnt it. Was it the idea of showing homes or listing them and walking through properties? Sure, seeing different homes can be fun and noting different peoples decorating style and cool upgrades or construction projects that they have done is great, but I dont love homes either. What was really moving inside of me was that this is a profession that I get to meet and talk to new people all the time.
I get an opportunity to bridge gaps while walking through a transaction and use my professional contacts to make what can be a frightening experience one of the most enjoyable processes someone gets to go through. Buying a home shouldn't be an anxiety that anyone needs to suffer through but and occasion that stirs excitement. finding a positive agent with experience to get you through your purchase or sale will make all the difference in the world.
Let me tell you a little more about me: I was born and raised in the Bermuda triangle that we call Valley Park. It's this wonderful little triangle that Rosemount claims on my address, Lakeville claims for my taxes, and Apple Valley claims for my phone number. For those of you familiar with the area you know exactly where I am talking about. It's a community that I hold dear to my heart. while I'll never limit myself to exclusively serving Valley Park, it is the community I want to consider my homebase. I have so many fun memories of this place from my childhood and I would love to help embrace new families into my community or assistant current residence that have enjoyed the area but are ready to make a change.
In addition to the skills I have acquired over the last five years in real estate I also have a long history in the construction field and even worked with a property management company where I was tasked with responsibilities of finding and analyzing water leaks and other issues that homeowners had called in. I am not a licensed general contractor but I do have a very keen eye which is good for pointing out things that could be problematic.
If you're looking for an agent with open and honest communication, can keep a transaction moving fluently, has a good eye for what could hold up the transaction, and loves working with people... I would be honored to be in your consideration.
Thanks for taking your time to get through this and as always, make it a great day.
